Terms and Conditions
Parts are returnable within 10 days after receipt. Parts must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. Electronic components are not returnable. Please call or email Parts is Parts for a return authorization. Parts Is Parts is not responsible and may not reimburse for any packages lost, damaged, or stolen. International Customers shall be responsible for any brokerage GST disbursement fees, entry prep fees, customs GST fees, etc, and any duty amounts prior to delivery. When returning an item, please enclose a copy of the sales receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return. All shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by Parts is Parts. We do occasionally send promotional email to our customers. If you receive one you dont want, please unsubscribe.

These packages can be tracked and include insurance up to $100.00. If your order is more than $100.00, additional insurance can be purchased for orders
If you choose not to do this and your package is lost or damaged, we will not be able to file a claim for reimbursement. Customer will be responsible.
IMPORTANT: There is NO Tracking with First Class Mail
